Consent to the processing of personal data by the User of the Website

The User of the Website «Journal of Biomedical Photonics & Engineering» in accordance with the Federal Law as of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data», acting freely, of his own free will and in his interests, and also confirming his legal capacity, hereby gives this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) to Samara National Research University (Samara University), hereinafter referred to as the «Operator», OGRN/OGRNIP 1026301168310, TIN 631 600 0632, RRC 631 601 001, location: 34, Moskovskoye shosse street, Samara, 443086, Russian Federation.
1. The consent is given by the User on the Website located on the Internet at: https://jbpe.ssau.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
2. Acceptance of this Consent is the activation of the checkbox next to the text "I agree to the processing of personal data" and clicking the "Registration" button.
3. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data using automation tools.
4. The purpose of processing Personal data is to create an account (registration) for the User to access the resources of the Website.
5. When registering a User, the following occurs:
•    identification of the User for use of the Website and its services;
•    implementation of scientific, literary or other creative activities by the User;
•    establishment of feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Website, processing of requests, appeals, applications from the User;
•    determining the location of the User to ensure security, prevent fraud;
•    notifying the User of the Website about the appearance of new information on the Website, if the User has consented to receive such notifications;
•    providing the User with effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Website;
•    statistical accounting.
6. Consent is given for the processing of the following Personal Data:
•    surname, first name, patronymic;
•    gender;
•    email address;
•    URL;
•    login;
•    IP address;
•    institution (name of the place of work or study where the User works or studies);
•    country;
•    title, position, department;
•    author (co-author) of the scientific publication;
•    ORCID identifier.
7. The User agrees to the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
8. Consent is considered valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until it is revoked by the User. Consent may be revoked at any time by sending a notice to the Operator by e-mail: ssau@ssau.ru or by written request to the address: Samara University, 34, Moskovskoye shosse, Samara, 34, 443086, Russian Federation.
9. The User is notified that in case of revocation of the Consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the User if this is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10. The Operator has the right to unilaterally amend this Consent at any time by publishing a new text of the Consent on the Website. The new version of the Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
11. In all matters not provided for by the Agreement, the parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
